COLOR PROCESS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: A COLOR PROCESS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL GLAZE. IF YOU WISH TO ADD-ON A GLAZE TO YOUR COLOR PROCESS, PLEASE SPEAK WITH YOUR STYLIST AND YOUR GLAZE WILL BE APPLIED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE

BLOW DRY POLICIES

AT HAZUKI HAIR YOU WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY 10-MINUTE FINISHING BLOW-OUT WITH ALL COLOR SERVICES. IF YOU WISH FOR A FULL BLOW-DRY AFTER YOUR COLOR SERVICE YOU WILL BE BOOKED IN ACCORDINGLY, AND WILL RECEIVE YOUR BLOW-DRY From $16+ (IF YOUR HAIR ALSO REQUIRES A HOT IRON SERVICE TO BE STRAIGHTENED OUT, YOU'LL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $15.) PLEASE NOTE: SOME HAIR TYPES, SUCH AS CURLY, HEAVILY TEXTURED, AND RELAXED HAIR CANNOT BE EFFECTIVELY BLOWN-OUT IN 10 MINUTES. IN SUCH CASES IT IS BETTER TO LEAVE THE HAIR TO DRY NATURALLY, AND, AS SUCH, WE CANNOT OFFER OUR COMPLIMENTARY BLOW-OUT AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR HAIR. OF COURSE IF YOU WISH TO BOOK A FULL BLOW-DRY WE WILL MAKE YOU LOOK STUNNING.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE FULL SERVICE, AS WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE EXCESSIVELY LATE. PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY SPECIAL NEEDS, ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVITIES YOU MAY HAVE, SO THAT WE CAN BETTER ACCOMMODATE YOU.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CRESIT CARD. WE ACCEPTS CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/LATENESS POLICY

PLEASE TRY TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF FAILED TO NOTIFY US IN TIME, OUR ARTIST CANNOT REPLACE THAT APPOINTMENT TIME. DUE TO THIS, OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

50% OF SERVICE FEE - 24 HOURS TO 1 HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 

100% OF SERVICE FEE  - LESS THAN 1 HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT 

100% OF SERVICE FEE - NO SHOW 

YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL 15MIN AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IF YOU DON’T SHOW UP. WE WON’T TAKE FUTURE APPOINTMENT TILL YOU PAY THE FEE.


FIX POLICY

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR HAIR AND NAIL SERVICE. IF THE SITUATION OCCURS IN WHICH YOU NEED TO FIX A HAIR OR NAIL SERVICE, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM YOUR BOOKED SERVICE APPOINTMENT TO COME IN FOR FIX AT NO CHARGE.

Policy for Nail Appointment

Cancel policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

We kindly request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. In the case when cancellation is made less then 24 hours before, the cancellation fee will be as follows:

  • Less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • 'NO SHOW' will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • Any cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Please keep in mind that same day cancellation (I.E. cancellation made by 10am the day of your appointment ) will incur 100% fee.

    Additionally:

  • Your appointment will automatically be considered canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time if you do not show up.

  • We regret that we cannot schedule future appointments until any outstanding fees are paid.

  • By scheduling your appointment, you agree to adhere to these policies.

We kindly ask for your understanding that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot and deprives clients on our waiting list of the opportunity to receive services.

 

To prevent appointment overlaps, our online booking system is set up to automatically remove all bookings linked to a single account if multiple appointments are scheduled for closely spaced dates. If you intentionally need to schedule multiple appointments, please contact us directly for assistance

If you plan on cancelling, please contact us by 5pm the day before your scheduled appointment to avoid the additional charge.)

Cost

◉Additional $5 for requesting master artist technician

◉Additional $10 for keeping long natural nail

Fix

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR NAIL SERVICE. IF THE SITUATION OCCURS IN WHICH YOU NEED TO FIX A NAIL SERVICE, YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM YOUR BOOKED SERVICE APPOINTMENT TO COME IN FOR FIX AT NO CHARGE.

Customers under the age of 16 are ineligible for complimentary repairs within a 7-day period.

REFUND POLICY 

THE EMPLOYEES DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. 
We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon before leave the salon. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your nail can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the nail artist who performed the initial service.

When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies.


Policy for Eye Lash/Blow Appointment

Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling and at least 48 hours for permanent makeup appointments. – ­Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - Less than 48-hours notice for permanent makeup appointments will result in a charge of $200. – Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel or reschedule, it will automatically result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. – “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. -A $100 Deposit is Required for all permanent make-up appointments and it is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than 48 hours.
